4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard shipping to the U.S. takes 5–7 business days at a flat rate of $7.99.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged.
