At NG Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at techhubng5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned.
